Horwood Estate is such a beautiful setting for a wedding. Its tree lined driveway smacks you around the face as soon as you turn off the country lanes with The old house straight in front of you it really is quite a sight, even on a slightly drizzly morning.
Neha was getting ready in one of the beautiful top floor suites along with her bridesmaids and parents. Genuinely I have never met such a calm and relaxed Bride at what can be such a stressful morning.
The guests started arriving and slowly started filling out the downstairs areas along with congregating in the main ceremony room. Luckily at this point the rain had eased off and the sun was pushing through the clouds.
Neha looked stunning in her dress as she made her decent from the top floor, whilst Jayan and his groomsmen waiting patiently at the front as the registrar made her entrance along with a historically filled introduction to the venue.
one by one the bridesmaids walked down the aisle followed by Neha and her Father. Jayan's smile said it all really as she reached the front.
Since meeting the two of them I have been in awe at the spark that is quite obviously there within their relationship. Some couples really don't hide it which often makes for really intimate photographs and moments that are genuine. These two just have that.
After the ceremony the guests were eager to celebrate with the confetti throw and many congratulations.
everyone that I came into contact with on the day was so energetic and friendly towards my presence. This really does sum up why I love doing this job. The people! its as simple as that. Yes creating memories for people is brilliant as well as developing my skills as a photographer but making new friends and meeting such amazing people is always what will do it for me.

Warning - Very Very late blog post! (a very busy start to 2018)
Well its here finally, 2018! and what an incredible year 2017 was for myself and the business. I cannot thank everyone enough for their support and advice through the year to help me and my work grow into something I am proud to show off. Don't get me wrong I still feel as though I have a long road ahead not only with the business side of things but also technical. My work is finally starting to evolve into what I was aiming for when I first set out to photograph weddings. Natural, emotion packed and gripping images that savour moments in a beautifully elegant way.
Anyway enough of my rambling and I hope everyone that I have come into contact with, or any of my 2017 couples have a great 2018 as I know if its anything like the last I sure will!
Below are just a few of my favourite 2017 images.
