As most photographers will tell you, we love it when a couple open up the creative process of capturing their wedding day by letting us just “get on with it”. Not only does this let us use our creative talents throughout the day, but it also shows immense trust between the two parties which I personally think is key for me to be able to capture such delicate and intimate moments.
To say Lucy and Matt were very trusting would be an understatement. They loved what they had seen previously and let me run with working my own way throughout their day at Middleton Lodge.
The day was such a perfectly subtle celebration of two people in love, but held everything that should be the core factors for a wedding day. They had friends and family from all over the country, amazing food, courtesy of The Forge Restaurant at Middleton Lodge and of course great evening entertainment.
Lucy and Matt have a real connection, not only as husband and wife, even whilst I was with them I could see such great loyalty and a binding friendship that will hold true for years to come.
