Wow. So where to start. Well firstly the fact that I hadn't photographed a wedding in over 5 months is something worth mentioning at this point. Not only had the Covid pandemic crippled the industry, it had also changed a lot of couples' plans regarding their wedding days.

Over 90% of my 2020 couples had postponed their day until 2021 and onwards.

Stephanie and Adam where going to do exactly the same. This was until they contacted me and told me they were going to split their day in two and still have their actual ceremony in August. Judging from the day, they certainly made the right decision.

To say I was excited on the morning would be an understatement. Every part of me had been itching to get back to photographing weddings as soon as I could. I had new techniques I wanted to try, new ideas for shots as well as some new bits of equipment. Stephanie and Adam's day proved that even with a handful of loved ones your wedding day can be incredible! A wedding which had lots of love, family and all the elements you could wish for from a regular wedding.
